Step One: Heat

Spend some time warming up in our warm pool, sauna, steam room or sensory showers. The warm temperatures will make your body feel relaxed and loose.

Step Two: Cold

After the heat, try out our cool pool, snow room or sensory showers (with cold water). Going from the heat to the cold has many health benefits if you can brave the cold!

Step Three: Repeat!
