Our Expansion
We’re thrilled to share the changes and additions to 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa over the last two years. The hotel has added thirty-nine luxurious guestrooms, a world-class spa, a new lobby bar and restaurant, an outdoor garden event space, a Starbucks in our lobby, and an extensive underground parking garage. Despite all of the additions, we are proud to remain privately and locally owned.

Hotel
Complementing our current accommodations are thirty-nine new and luxurious guestrooms called the Signature Collection. These rooms have been designed with hand-crafted pieces and reflect the boutique style of 124 on Queen. They also feature a number of upgraded items, such as 124 on Queen exclusive Stearns and Fosters© mattress, in-room Nespresso machine, Nunshen© teas selection, and much more.
The Spa at Q
You will find yourself in an oasis of calm at the Spa at Q. Our onsite spa facility is now 12,000-square-feet and provides an experience unlike anything else in the Niagara region.
What makes the Spa at Q truly unique is our hydrotherapy wellness circuit, which offers warm and cool pools, a sauna, a steam room and the only snow room in all of Canada. The spa also offers traditional treatments, such as manicures, pedicures, facials, massages and more by our dedicated Spa Team.
Weddings & Events
Our new lobby lounge and patio offer an additional space for weddings, events and ceremonies at 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa.
Designed with light, neutral tones and in-laid flooring, this space will boast beautiful natural lighting and highlight the architecture of the room. Featuring a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass window wall that opens directly into our interior courtyard, your guests can be offered an al fresco experience among the backdrop of our water fountain.
Corporate Meetings
Connected to the main hotel, this space will offer 1600 square feet of meeting space filled with natural lighting. A moveable soundproof dividing wall offers groups the option to host two simultaneous meetings, a breakout session or a private meal.
Access from the main meeting space into our Courtyard Fountain area allows attendees the opportunity to enjoy their morning or afternoon breaks leisurely in the fresh air. Culinary services will continue to be offered through our critically acclaimed restaurant Treadwell Cuisine.
The Zen Garden
Completed in the summer of 2023 and located at the back of our property, our zen garden provides guests with a beautiful and peaceful space to sit back and relax. What looks like a garden is actually one of the most extensive green roofs in the province. Our zen garden is actually built on top of our underground parking garage, and it features an abundance of local plants and trees to help with the ecosystem. On top of that, all of the stormwater that hits it is collected and eventually redistributed back to all of the plants in the garden.
The garden is also home to our famous Smithy Building! Watch as the 100-year-old building was successfully relocated to its final home within the garden in 2021.
Food and Beverage
NOTL Bar & Restaurant
NOTL Bar & Restaurant is the newest Niagara-on-the-Lake bar, restaurant and lounge. It features a locally inspired menu, a beautiful indoor space and an outdoor patio by our water fountain. During the day it’s a great place to grab a fresh, healthy lunch between spa treatments or to settle in with friends to plan out your day of activities. At night it’s the perfect place for guests and locals to enjoy a seasonally constructed cocktail made by our expert mixologists.
Starbucks
We know sometimes when you travel you need a little piece of home. At our lobby Starbucks you won’t need to miss out on your Venti Vanilla Latte with 3 pumps of Caramel! Don’t forget to pick up a “You Were Here” collectible Niagara-on-the-Lake Starbucks mug to start your mornings at home with memories of your visit.
