How It Works

Step One: Heat

Spend some time warming up in our hot tub, sauna, steam room or sensory showers. The warm temperatures will make your body feel relaxed and loose.

Step Two: Cold

After the heat, try out our cold pool, snow room or sensory showers (with cold water). Going from the heat to the cold has many health benefits if you can brave the cold!

Step Three: Repeat!

Once you’ve completed your first hot-to-cold circuit, be sure to try it again! You’ll find going back and forth between the two environments to be a soothing and relaxing experience. Be sure the enjoy our lounge chairs along the way as well!
