Reservation Information

Check-in: 4:00PM

Check-out: 11:00AM

An advance payment of your first night’s stay will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of booking. This payment is fully refundable if cancellation is received a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72-48 hours will forfeit payment, however, this deposit can be used for a future stay within one calendar year of the original reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit payment with no refund.

124 on Queen Hotel and Spa does not offer pet-friendly accommodation at this time.

Hotel & Spa Reception Hours

Please note our Hotel/Spa reception hours have changed temporarily. Our current hours are:

Monday-Thursday 7am-8pm
Friday-Sunday 7am-11pm.

During the hours that our hotel/spa reception is closed, our Central Communications Service will be answering our phones. For calls including general inquiries, hotel/spa reservations or any other non-urgent matters we ask that you please leave a voicemail and we will be sure to return your call the following day, or simply give us a call back the following morning.

Please note that you may also make Hotel & Spa bookings directly through our website!
If you plan on arriving at the hotel after hours, please let us know in advance and we will make the necessary arrangements for your check-in.
