Yes, our newly expanded Spa at Q offers several spaces for tranquil relaxation and will serve as your escape to truly rest and restore your body and soul. We offer traditional spa services and an incredible sensory hydrotherapy circuit with hot and cold plunge pools, a sauna, steam room and snow room.

Gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination and are redeemable for accommodations at 124 on Queen, onsite dining at Treadwell Cuisine and The Gate House Bistro, and The Spa at Q. Please note, they are not valid at Starbucks at 124.

We have two of the finest restaurants in town – Treadwell Cuisine and The Gate House Bistro. Both showcase fresh, seasonal cuisine and have professional staffs that are sure to make your dining experience a memorable one. We also have a lobby Starbucks located on the property as well.

Yes, we have an underground parking garage and offer free parking to our hotel guests. The parking garage entrance can be accessed from Victoria Street, just south of Queen Street. See our Property Map for more details.

Check-In is at 4:00 pm. Early arrivals are based upon request and availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Check-Out is at 11:00 am. Late check-outs are based upon request and cannot be guaranteed.

Our new fitness centre includes multiple cardio machines, a Vault reflective training mirror, free weights and general exercise equipment to satisfy your workout needs.

124 on Queen Hotel and Spa does not offer pet-friendly accommodation at this time.

All of our bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy—free cancellation until 72 hours before arrival. If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, the first night's stay with tax will be charged to your credit card.
